Define Sales Office:

In this phase, you will establish the sales offices within your organization. Defining sales offices is not mandatory; the SD System can function without them. To ensure that the operational scope of a sales office aligns with your organizational structure, please refer to the following checklist:

• Assign a sales office to one or more sales areas.

• A sales office may be segmented into multiple vendor groups.

• You can designate colleagues to a sales office.

• Each sales office must have a registered address.

• All items within a sales document are associated with a specific sales office.

• Items in a delivery or invoice may be linked to different sales offices.

• The sales office serves as a criterion for filtering lists of sales documents.

• For each sales office, you can specify the printer for output based on the sales documents in various ways.

It is important to note that a sales office does not function as:

• a selection criterion for the delivery and billing due list.

• a selection criterion for lists of deliveries and billing documents.

Select the new entries indicated in the image,



1. To establish a sales office, please provide the following details:

Four-character alphanumeric identifier: KK10

Description: KSN Motors Sales Off

2. Additionally, ensure that the address is kept up to date.



Fill in the address information and select the checkmark icon.



Select the check mark icon.



The information was stored as illustrated in the image above.

Select the back button.



Please click the back button once more.

Sales office: KK10 has been successfully established.
